A video which captured moment a man slapped his bride during their church wedding is trending online. 

The man slapped his bride following her reaction as he tried kissing her. The wedding went on in spite of the slap.

  Five persons, including a pregnant woman, have been remanded into Police custody by an Accra Circuit Court for their alleged involvement in the robbery of a Chinese national at Caprice in Accra on December 9, 2022.  They have been accused of robbing the Chinese woman of GH₵410,000, $8,000 and two iPhones. The accused persons are; Prince Anthony Chiobi, Izichuku Igwenagu, Emmanuella Chinwetalu, the lady who is pregnant, Martin Ahamafula Onwukwa, and Godfred Chukuebuka, aka, Caleb.  A sixth accused person, Yaw John Darko Ikenna is said to be at large.  The five accused persons have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery.  The court presided over by Mrs Susana Eduful did not take their pleas pending further investigations.  They are expected to reappear on December 28, 2022. Video: Christian Atsu’s family sings praises to God after footballer’s rescue

  The family house of  Christian Atsu  was overtaken by joy following news that the footballer has been pulled out of a rubble caused by the earthquake in Turkey. On Monday, it emerged that the 31-year-old winger had been trapped in the rubble after a devastating earthquake hit the country. Atsu, who currently plays for Turkish side Hatayspor, had been trapped under the rubble together with the club’s sporting director Taner Savut. However, after hours of searching for the duo, it was confirmed on Tuesday morning that the Ghanaian has finally been found alive and is receiving treatment at a hospital. In a video shared on YouTube, the Peace FM head of sports spoke to Atsu's senior brother and other members of his family, who were captured singing praises to God for rescuing their kin.
